BAR MANAGER

We are currently recruiting for an experienced bar manager to join our team.

KEY TASKS

Take full responsibility for setup and effective running of the bar in a pop up event environment.

Managing, motivating and training the bar team.

Stock taking, stock management and ordering where necessary.

Ensure that all company procedures are adhered to in relation to security, health and safety and food hygiene.

Deliver an exceptional level of customer service and management at all times.

KEY SKILLS DESIRED

Previous relevant experience in bar/restaurant/event sector.

Proven people management skills and the ability to train and motivate.

Good organisation skills, capable of multi-tasking and working to deadlines.

A strong, articulate and clear communicator within a team.

A motivated, self-starting, decision maker.

Confident and professional approach to the public with excellent face to face customer service skills.

Full UK driving licence.

Available to work evenings and weekends as required.

Capable of physical work.

 

START DATE: May 2016

EMPLOYMENT: Permanent, freelance or temp contract considered.

SALARY: Competitive and dependent on experience.
