TECHNICAL PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Production Manager to join the team.

KEY TASKS

Planning and project management of Cult Screens and client events.

Manage the setup of Cult Screens and client events to ensure successful outcomes.

Ensure all events are run in line with the company’s health and safety procedures.

Ensure all equipment is in good working order and complies with company standards.

Development and implementation of company risk assessments and method statements for safe working practices.

Effective management and training of team and sub-contractors.

Build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and clients.

Deliver creative ideas and input for events.

Keep up to date with equipment and technology.

DESIRED SKILLS

A good working knowledge of sound, AV and power distribution for events.

Previous experience of running and delivering events to a high standard.

Proven people management skills and the ability to train and motivate.

Good organisation skills, capable of multi-tasking and working to deadlines.

A strong, articulate and clear communicator within a team.

A motivated, self-starting, decision maker.

Creative thinker, with a desire to share ideas and contribute.

Confident and professional approach to the public with excellent face to face customer service skills.

Full UK driving licence.

Available to work evenings and weekends as required.

Capable of physical work.

Minimum 3 years’ experience.

 

START DATE: May 2016

EMPLOYMENT: Permanent, freelance or fixed term contract considered.

SALARY: Competitive and dependent on experience.
