Terms & Conditions of Booking with Cult Screens

The following terms and conditions apply to all persons who purchase tickets to Cult Screens. All tickets sold by Cult Screens and Authorised Retailers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Tickets attract a booking fee of 10% when booked with wegottickets.com.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or returned and all ticket purchases are final. Cult Screens does not provide refunds for booking the wrong film or if the ticket holder is refused entry due to not meeting the terms & conditions of entry below.

Entry to Cult Screens is on presentation of a booking reference code from www.wegottickets.com. This booking reference will be sent via email upon purchase. You can bring your print out or just your booking reference code to the Cult Screens Box Office.

As with other outdoor events in the United Kingdom, Cult Screens is an all-weather event and the screening will proceed in the event of bad weather such as rain. All person/s attending the event should come appropriately dressed for the conditions.

If a film is cancelled or terminated by Cult Screens due to extreme weather conditions such as an electrical storm, dangerously high wind, or any other event deemed as a Force Majeure (acts of god, war, hostilities, acts of terrorism, riot, explosion, storm, disease, or any other natural disaster, serious accident or injury, Government control and international incidents) guests will be entitled to reallocate the ticket to another screening of their choice at a later date.

If a screening is cancelled or terminated due to a decision by the venue, the local authority, or a technical issue such as equipment failure, all ticket holders will receive a refund to the credit card that the ticket was purchased with.

In the event that a film is cancelled, Cult Screens Management will endeavour to contact all ticket holders as soon as is possible. The website will advise of the cancellation and this information will also be displayed on Cult Screens social media ports such as Facebook and Twitter.

Cancellation is at the discretion of Cult Screens Management and can be made prior to or during a screening.

If necessary Cult Screens reserves the right to withdraw, reschedule or substitute films without notice to another title deemed suitable for the event and its audience.

Upon purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to be bound by the above terms & conditions, as well as the rules and regulations relating to the specific venues licence.

Terms & Conditions of Entry to Cult Screens:

The following terms and conditions apply to all persons who purchase tickets to Cult Screens. All tickets sold by Cult Screens and Authorised Retailers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Cult Screens has a strict 18 years and over event, no persons under this age will be allowed entry including those accompanied by an adult. Tickets purchased by person/s under this age who are refused entry will not be refunded.

Cult Screens has a strict no baby policy. Tickets purchased by person/s trying to attend with a baby who are refused entry will not be refunded.

Cult Screens has a strict no dogs policy. Tickets purchased by person/s trying to attend with a dog who are refused entry will not be refunded.

Cult Screens is a fully licensed and catered event. There is strictly no outside food and drinks policy at the events. If person/s arrive with their own food and drink, they will not be allowed to bring these items into the venue, Cult Screens staff will look after it at the box office for them to collect when they leave.

If any person/s are found to have covertly brought outside food or drink into the venue, Cult Screens Management reserves the right to immediately eject this person/s from the event and no refund will be provided for the ticket.

Cult Screens events are fully seated and no outside seating is allowed within the venue. If a guest requires a specific type of seat for medical reasons, please contact Cult Screens a minimum of 7 days prior to the event so this can be provided.

Seating at Cult Screens events is not numbered, is unallocated and on a first come first served basis. Guests are not allowed to alter or move seating within the event without the permission of Cult Screens Management.

Cult Screens reserves the right to refuse entry or eject to any person/s who is intoxicated and/or causing a disturbance to other guests and this person/s will not be entitled to a refund.

Cult Screens operates a zero tolerance policy on all illegal substances. Any person/s found to be in possession of any illegal substance will be reported to the police, ejected from the venue and will not be entitled to a refund.

Upon purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to be bound by the above terms & conditions, as well as the rules and regulations relating to the specific venues licence.
